I can not believe that we have had another week gone by. Time seems to be flying at the moment I am unsure why this is. This could be because I am pregnant and time always seems to fly. We do have another scan this week because the baby would not allow all of the measurements last time we had a scan. Of course I am going to be sharing with you the meals which we have been consuming this week. It is the first time we have actually done in a shop in a couple of weeks. So we do have actual meals.
Monday – Prawn Stirfry, I think this is a meal which we should have had last week. We did not actually have it because we had been to the beach and we had food out with my parents. We had all of the ingredient in to make a simple prawn stirfry. I did not want it to go to waste so we have added it to this week meal plan.
Tuesday- Veg Curry, we have our scan on Tuesday. It is actually at 3pm and we have not had a scan under an hour yet. So I have decided that we are going to have a veg curry which is in the freezer currently. So if we are later home it means that we only have to cook the rice. I think I may have had this on a previous meal plan and we did not get around to eating it as well.
Wednesday- Fish Tacos, we have a ton of fish actually in the freezer, we do have some taco shells as well in the cupboard. The fish tacos are meal which I saw in a recipe book hopefully it is amazing meal. Tacos are not something which we have had in the longest time. If this is a meal which we do enjoy I am sure I will be sharing this on here in the future.
Thursday- Prawn Tagliatelle, again another fish fish. I am struggling at the moment not been able to cook chicken or stand the smell. We have decided that we are going to have a prawn tagliatelle because we have not got another pasta dish this week. This is something we both really enjoy anyway and I am sure it will go down a treat. We may even treat ourselves to a flatbread to go with this.
Friday-Crispy Haddock and Homemade wedges. For some reason we did not manage to get around to this meal either. I have just realised that there is 4 fish dishes this week. I think this is going to be our fakeaway for this week. We are trying to save some money again with Jess’ birthday coming up this month. This is going to be a bit healthier than having normal fish and chips. This is a a meal which we found as a result of pinterest.
Saturday- Campfire Stew, this is a recipe which is from a pinch of nom. We have made this in the past and this is one which we loved so much. I have been waiting for the weather to get a bit cooler to be able to make this. We are actually going to Manchester for a day out with Jess. So it is going to be super handy that we can stick this in the slow cooker and it is ready when we are home.
Sunday- Chicken Fajitas, this is another quick meal because I am at work on Sunday. I think Jess and Joe ma also be coming to the races as well. Chicken fajitas are a meal which we love so much however, I am unable to coo them due to nausea. I am looking forward to having these for the first time in a while hopefully this is going to be agood as I remember.
