Today I am going to be sharing with you this weeks meal plan. We have decided to have a wide range of meals again so we don’t get bored. I have tried to make the meals from Wednesday night soft food. This is is because Joe is getting all four wisdom teeth removed and we are unsure how much he is going to be able to eat. Or what food he is going to be able to eat. Anyway on to the meals.
Monday- Chipotle Turkey Meatballs, this is a recipe from a pinch of nom. This is a book which I recommend getting if you haven’t already. Joe fancied meatballs this meal was created. We served this with spaghetti and for sure this is going to be something we make again in the future.
Tuesday- Chicken Balti this is a meal which we did not end up making in the end. Joe ended up been held up at work and getting home late. I had a tough day with Troy who wouldn’t settle so we ended up having a dominos instead. I think I might add this to next weeks meal plan instead.
Wednesday- Creamy Pasta, this is a proper easy meal which is going to use some quark up. Which we use from a recipe a few weeks ago. I need something very quick because it is my first night solo with two children. I am looking forward to seeing how I am going to cope. Hopefully this is a meal which I will get warm.
Thursday- Spicy Sausage Chilli, this is a recipe which I have not made for a long time. We still have some sausages left over from last week. So in order to use them up I am going to make this meal. It is something which both Joe and I love. I can’t wait to have it again.
Friday- Diet Coke Chicken and Rice, again this is another pinch of nom recipe. We have made this in the past and we have found it to be better than a takeaway. I can not wait to have this meal beside it is something different compared to the meals we had recently. Even Jess loves this meal.
Saturday- Hunters Chicken and Wedges, this is a slow cooker meal. We have this because we may have a day out planned depending on the weather. I adore this recipe we have made it a few times and it is a recipe from the lovely Katy. Hunters chicken is something which I would order should we go for a meal out. This will be served with homemade wedges.
Sunday- Pizza Pasta Bake, pizza and pasta is something which we all love in this house. So when I found a recipe which ended up merging the two it is perfect. I am hoping this meal is going to go down well. If it does for sure I will be sharing the recipe with you all.
