Our Weekly Meal Plan 5th June

Today I am going to be sharing the meals with you which we have been consuming this week. Again we are all still home for every meal at the moment. I think this is going to be changing with Joe heading back to work next week however, he will be home for evening meals. At the moment, we have chosen not to send Jess back to nursery while we are both at home but there is a chance that she will end up going in the upcoming weeks. Anyway on to the meals which we have been consuming this week. Again I have decided to use a few more new meals to keep adding to my cooking skills.

Saturday- Bombay Lamb Wraps, this is a meal which I have been to make for a few weeks now however, I haven’t got around to doing it. So it was nice to be able to be have these finally. They were actually a really nice meal which I would make again they had a bit of a kick however, not too much. Even Jess managed to eat a couple for sure this is something which we will be making again.

Sunday- BBQ Stuff, this is something which we have decided to do because the weather is nice and we want to make the most of the nice weather while it is actually here. Joe decided to go and get a range of things from Aldi when he was doing the weekly shop for the BBQ. This included the pigs in blanket kebabs which they do to be honest I thought they were slightly overrated.

Monday- Crispy Chicken and Broccoli Noodles, this is a meal which we have added to the meal plan we have not made before. We decide it to make this meal becaue we have not had a noodle dish in  little while and it is one of our favourite things to consume. With this been a crispy chicken it is going to be nice for a change hopefully this is a meal we end up loving.

Tuesday- Pepper and Tomato Pasta Traybake, this is a recipe which we saw on Charlotte Taylor’s channel. Originally I think it is from Tesco website. We thought that it would be nice to be able to use up some of the peppers which we had in the fridge up. So this seemed perfect to be able to use them up and a meal which should go down such a treat.

Wednesday- Dump Bake Aloha Chicken Rice, this is a recipe which we found on Toby and Roo’s meal plan for last week. This meal sounded like it would be something different and like nothing which we had actually before. It almost sounds like sweet and sour rice and to be honest this is something I want to try. I unsure how this meal is going to go down but hopefully this is something

Thursday-Gammon and Chips, for sure this is a meal which we are going to enjoy. We have decided that we was going to give Jess some chicken nuggets instead.  Gammon is something which we love and have not had in a long time so we though this would be nice. Some times some of the most simple meals are actually the best ones and this is what we find with this meal.

Friday- Katsu Curry, this is another meal which we love and have not had in the longest time. So this is something we have decided to make. I know it is going to be a while till we get to go to waggamamas because it is a fair distance from our house. So the best alternative is to make some Katsu Curry ourselves for sure this is a meal which I am looking forward to.
