Our Weekly Meal Plan 4th December

Today I am going to be sharing with you the meals which are going to be consuming this week. This is one which is heavily influenced by Bec’s Bites. There is something about eating as healthy as I can which I am loving even at this time of year. Shockingly I have not caved and had a mince pie yet but we know it will be coming in the next few days.  Anyway on to the meals which we are going to be making this week.

Saturday- Yorkshire Pudding Wraps and Roast Potatoes, this is a meal which I have fancied making for a while. Since we are not going to be able to go to any Christmas markets this year. Why not make our own? I am sure this is going to go down a real treat in this house which is a huge bonus as well.

Sunday- Pulled Pork, Wedges and Coleslaw. This is a meal which I am going to make because the F1 is on during the time we would have food. We all really want to watch the race which is the reason why we are going to be making the pulled pork in the slow cooker. I am looking forward to this meal it is the first time I am going to make my own coleslaw.

Monday- Nacho Chicken and Jacket Potato. This is another, Bec’s Bites recipe this is something which sounds so easy to make which is something which you need at the start of a busy week. For sure this a simple meal but one which is going to be great fun and tasty.

Tuesday- Sticky Orange, Ginger and Honey Stirfry. A stirfry is not something which we have had for a while. Of course, Troy will not be having this he is still not allowed honey until he is 1. I am sure we can think of a different meal for him when we have this. Jess no doubt will enjoy this meal thought which is always what you want.

Wednesday- Tagliatelle and Garlic Bread. Pasta meals are something which we do not seem to have as many of at the moment. I decided this is a meal which we are going to make instead this week it is going to be a nice change.  I know this is something which Troy can eat and will adore. This means I do not have to make separate meals as this is not something I like doing.

Thursday- Enchiladas, who does not love a bit of a Mexican dish for tea. Enchiladas are something which I do not make that often at home because they can be can be so time consuming. I am going to make an effort to make a little bit of a longer meal because Joe is home this week.

Friday- Pork Schnitzel Mushroom Sauce and Jacket Potato. Again this is this is such a simple meal to make. I am going to be doing a schnitzel it is not something we have had in ages. I know I have a few Christmas Presents which I am going to have to wrap and get posted out this week as well. So I know I am going to be pretty busy doing a few bits so easy meals will be better.

Of course, like every meal plan, this is linked up with the amazing Katy. I get a lot of inspiration from her and the linky which she runs. If you are struggling and consuming the same meals I would recommend checking it out. You may find a meal which you love.
