Today I am going to be sharing with you the meals which we have been consuming this week. Of course, it is Valentine’s Day and I am still unsure what we are going to having yet. Our plans are completely up in the air this is one of the disadvantages of Joe’s job we can never plan. There is a chance he is going to be going away next week with work. Anyway on to the meals which we have been consuming this week.
Monday- Chicken Wrap these are something which are super easy to do. I really fancy a fresh salad at the moment however, I know it is so cold to do. This was grilled chicken so it’s a bit healthier I am trying to lose a little bit of baby weight.
Tuesday- Yorkshire Pudding Pizza. This is a recipe which we saw online and thought we would have to try it. I think this is going to be a recipe which is going to be coming up in a few weeks. For sure this is something which we enjoyed and we will be making again. It is something different and we wouldn’t have thought about.
Wednesday- Crispy Chilli Beef. This is a meal which we had with noodles. It was almost like a stir fry I think I cooked this a little bit different and didn’t use as much oil so it was not as crispy. However, it was a meal which was so full of flavour. It almost reminded me of a stir fry. It was one we enjoyed however I am unsure if we are going to be making again this in the future. I think I would just make a stir fry however, it is always good to try new recipes.
Thursday- Chicken Balti. We was meant to make this last week however, we had a dominoes instead. I decided that we was going to roll this on to this meal plan instead. It is from a pinch of nom which is a book which actually love. We have not had a curry for the longest time so I am looking forward to consuming this one actually. We even have some nan bread. I think we might have this with rice as well.
Friday- Unsure, as I have said we have not planned a meal for valentines. We are going shopping so we may pick up a meal deal dine in meal. I know a number of the supermarket are doing them so we will see. My parents have offered to babysit however, I think we are to go out on the Saturday. It may be a lot quieter than actually going out on the 14th.
Saturday- Veggie Enchiladia. We have planned to have these however, I am unsure if we are going to be going out for a meal instead. We have planned to give Jess a picky tea instead because she has a party at lunch time. I am unsure what food she will be having there do I am not sure if she is going to be hungry. We will make enough in case she is actually hungry and wants to eat with us.
Sunday-Paprika Pork, this is another meal which I found online. We have barely had pork for a long time so we have opted for this meal. I think it is why is is actually on our meal plan. This is a meal which Joe actually chose so it is going to be interesting to see what I think of it.
