Our Weekly Meal Plan 13th March

Today I am going to be sharing with you the meals which we are consuming this week. It is a bit of different week again this week. I swear we never seem to have a normal week at them moment. We do not actually have Jess for tea on Saturday. She instead is having a sleepover at my parents and going to see a tiger who came to tea at the theatre. Anyway on to the meals which I have decided to consume this week.

Monday- Sausage and Tomato Pasta, this is a meal which I have decided to make. I had some sausage left over from the sausage chilli I made last week. I thought I would use them up and make a pasta dish. Something simple but a good way to use the sausages up.

Tuesday- Chicken Kiev, I have not made Chicken Kiev’s in the longest time. For sure there super simple and a lot tastier the supermarket ones. This is likely to be served with jacket potatoes. I might even have some mixed veg on the side with this meal.

Wednesday- Shrimp Pad Thai, this is a meal which I love. For sure this is something which I can not wait to have. This is a meal which I feel like has a lot of flavour. This is a meal which Joe chose we have not had it in a while. Since he is going away for a few days next week I let him choose a fair few meals.

Thursday- Steak Stilton and Black Ale Pie again this is a meal which we should have had last week. However we had a rough day and decided that we would have a takeaway instead. So I have decided to roll this meal to this week instead. For sure I can not wait for this meal.

Friday- Donner Kebab, this is a meal which we had a few weeks ago. To be honest it is one which we ended up loving instead of ordering a takeaway. We have decided to make our own donner kebab it’s so full of flavour however it has less fat. Even Joe enjoyed this meal we may end up having this with fries.

Saturday- Meal Out, we are supposed to be heading to the baby show in Manchester. I am unsure what we are going to do for good we may end up grabbing something when we are out. Of course there is so many places we could get food. We do not have Jess either as she is having some time with the grandparents.

Sunday- Fish Pie, I have not had a fish pie in a while. As you may remember I am trying to have more fish this year. So this sounds a great way to get some fish into my diet. I think that I am going to be serving with with some mixed veg on the side as well.
