Our Weekly Meal Plan 18th October

Today I am going to be sharing with you the meals which we have been consuming this week. There is a wide range of meals this week. There is some more special meals this week as it is the last full week that Joe is going to be home till December. So I have decided that we are going to splash out a little bit, there is some of out favourites on this meal plan. Now on to the meals hopefully these will give you some inspiration.

Monday-Spicy Thai Noodles, this is a meal which we are having because noodles are one of my favourites to consume. Spicy food at the moment is something which I can still consume I now there is a chance that this is going to change. Another bonus of this meal is that we had a lot of the ingredient in to so this is a cheap meal.

Tuesday- Pulled Pork, this is a meal which I am looking forward to it is a Katy recipe. This is one which we have made in the past and loved. We have another scan and a meeting with the consultant on Tuesday.  So having a slow cooker meal works really well for this. For sure this is a meal which I am looking forward to consuming this week.

Wednesday- Paprika Chicken Casserole, we have some chicken thighs left in the freezer which I do want to use. These were left from a previous recipe. For sure with the weather changing a casserole is something which I think we could all do with. I might serve this with some mash potatoes I am unsure. I think we have Jess at home for this meal actually as well.

Thursday-Creamy Mushroom Chicken, this is a meal which we should have had last week however, we didn’t do it for some reason. I have all the ingredient in so I thought I might as well make. This is going to be served with either rice or some kind of potato element. I am unsure which we are going to be doing yet.

Friday- Gammon eggs and chips, today we are going to be having one of Joe’s favourite meal. Which is super simple this is one which we have not had in a long time. This is a super easy meal and one which I think I will be able to do make which mean Joe can have a night off cooking. For sure this is one which again I am looking forward to as well.

Saturday- Spag Bol. This is a meal we are making while Joe is home because this is one of his special meals. He seems to be able to make it a lot better than me. For sure this is a meal which I think we will be serving with garlic bread because this is something which goes perfectly. I know there is going to be clean plates all around when it comes to this meal.

Sunday- Takeaway, we are going to be having a takeaway this is something which we have not done in a long time. We are going to be at an event ran by Baby Dinosaurs and I know after a long day on my feet all day I think I am going to want something simple. For sure we have not chosen which takeaway we are going to be consuming yet.

Of course, like every meal plan, this is linked up with the amazing Katy. I get a lot of the inspiration from her and the linky which she runs. If you are struggling and consuming the same meals I would recommend checking it out. You may find a meal which you love.

Our Weekly Meal Plan 11th October

Today I am going to be sharing with you the meals which we have been consuming this week. There is some meals which have been repeated because of the fact that we have not got around to consuming them in the past. The weather has not been amazing again this week so there is some hearty meals because this is something which we have been fancying. Anyway on to the meals which we have been consuming this week.

Monday- Chicken Curry and Rice, we have a packet of curry sauce which I really want to get used up. Our cupboards do seem to be very full at the moment so I want to use this up. Curry is not something which we have had in a while so this is another reason this is on our meal plan.

Tuesday-Chicken Kiev and Jacket Potato. This is a meal which I adore this is one which we make ourselves and it seems to be a lot more juicy than the ones which you pick up in the shops. I am going to serve this with Jacket Potatoes as this is something which I am loving at the moment.

Wednesday- Tarragon Crusted Sea Bass and Chips. This is a meal which we are having as a result of picking up some sea bass reduced in a supermarket a few months ago. I thought that I would make them into a healthy alternative of fish and chips. I also have some potatoes which I need to use up so this does kill two birds with one stone.

Thursday- Creamy Mushroom Chicken, I have some creme fresh which I need to use up from a recipe either last week or the week before. I decided to make this meal because this would then use it up and it is a meal which is pretty tasty our it sounds like it. I think I am going to be serving this with rice actually.

Friday- Fake Chinese, this is one which we were supposed to have a couple of week ago I know this. Is one which we did not have as a result of something else instead. For sure this is something which I am looking forward to because I am still craving a Chinese takeaway. However, the money is going on purchasing things such as reuseable nappies instead ready for player 4.

Saturday- Carbonara, is a quick and simple meal which Joe can make on Saturday Night. I am at work on Saturday and am unsure what time I will be finishing. This means that he can make this for him and Jess and I can heat up when I get home. I am sure this is going to be one which goes down well with the whole family. For sure this is one which I enjoy and am looking forward to.

Sunday- Herby Beef and Onion Pie, the final meal this week is one which is going to keep us warm. The weather for sure has turned autumnal so I have decided to put pie on the menu again this week. Usually a pie is something which goes down well in this house. I may make mash potato to go with it we will see how we are feeling.

Of course, like every meal plan, this is linked up with the amazing Katy. I get a lot of the inspiration from her and the linky which she runs. If you are struggling and consuming the same meals I would recommend checking it out. You may find a meal which you love.

Our Weekly Meal Plan 4th October

Today I am going to be sharing with you the meals which we have been consuming this week. For some reason we managed not to eat all of the meals from last week. I think this was us because we wanted pizza one night instead and we was not hungry another night. So this is one of the reasons why we may have some of the meals in both meal plans. This week we have a few things on so we are unsure if we are going to fully stick to this meal plan. Anyway on to the meals which we want to consume this week.

Monday- Spicy Sausage Chilli, this is a meal which we have made in the past. We love it and this is something which I think that is going to be great when the weather is rubbish. For sure this is going to be a meal which I enjoy and I am sure this is going to be one which we want to make again.

Tuesday-Mac and Cheese, this is a meal which we have never made in the past. This is one which I think that I am going to make this week. This is because the cheese which we need to use goes out of date soon. I am sure this is will be good should the weather be pants all week. .

Wednesday- Sticky Chinese Chicken Tray Bake and Rice. Chinese food is something which we love and I found a recipe which meant that we could turn this into a meal. This is something which I think is a little bit different however I always love been able to cook with some new spices.

Thursday- Sausage Stroganoff Tagliatelle, I want to use up the sausages and I think that this sounds amazing. Normally I would not make a sausage tagliatelle. I saw this recipe and new that I really had to try this because it does sounds different. I do not think this is going to be hard or too consuming to make.

Friday- Sloppy Joe’s, this is another meal which we have had before. I fancy another fakeaway because of course, this is saving money and who does not want to have more money when pregnant or this close to Christmas. For sure this is a meal which we loved. I think we managed to have everything in so this did not cost us a lot of money either.

Saturday- Beef Ragu Fettucine, this is another recipe which I think I saw on Charlotte Taylor’s meal plan. This is one which I would not have thought about in the past. For sure this is something different and I love been able to test my skills. I am hoping this is a meal which everyone eats however, I think there is a chance we are going to the fair so we may not be making this meal

Sunday- Chicken Roast, I really have been fancying a roast dinner for a long time. We have decided to go for Chicken because it is one of the cheapest meats. I am so looking forward to the gravy and roast potatoes. For sure I know this is going to be one which we all enjoy and it is one of the last times we may have a whole family roast before Christmas.

Of course, like every meal plan, this is linked up with the amazing Katy. I get a lot of the inspiration from her and the linky which she runs. If you are struggling and consuming the same meals I would recommend checking it out. You may find a meal which you love.

Our Weekly Meal Plan 27th September

Today I am going to be sharing yet another meal plan. With the meals which we have been consuming this week. For sure I can not believe we are nearly at the end of September I am unsure where the time has gone. With the weather now on the turn I have decided to opt for some more autumnal meals. You may be able to tell this. I am also making more food in order to freeze some for the period when Joe is going away with work. So on to the meals which I have been consuming this week.

Monday- Summer in winter chicken, this is a meal which I love we had some in the freezer before. We have some Pesto in anyway which I do not want to go bad. This meal is so simple to make I might even have to share the recipe for this in the future. I am going to be serving this with Jacket potatoes and mixed veg I think.

Tuesday- Bacon and pea risotto. We had some bacon from a recipe a couple of weeks ago. Instead of turning in the bacon into bacon sandwiches or something like that. I have decided to use it and make a bacon and pea risotto. This is something different and we had everything in for it which is always a bonus. I am hoping this is a meal which is enjoyed.

Wednesday- Sausage and Mash, I have half a packet of sausages from last week.I decided to use them to make a classic sausage and mash. No doubt I will end up sticking some mixed veg with this meal. Mash is something which we rarely. I know this is one which Joe is looking forward to and of course, it will be served with gravy.

Thursday-Smokey Calzone, this is a meal which I saw in a book recently. I thought I had to make it because pizza is something which I have been craving recently. I know I can not have it all of the time so I though making our own Calzone may satisfy the need. I think this is actually a pinch of nom recipe so it is not going to be too unhealthy.

Friday- Beef in black bean sauce with Singapore noodles and salt and pepper chicken. Takeaways are something we are trying to avoid at the moment. September has been an expensive month with Jess’ birthday and the rabbits having to have their annual injections. We have decided that we are going to make our own Chinese. Cooking together is something Joe and I love to do anyway.

Saturday- Paprika Burgers. Jess has a birthday party on Saturday it is one of her friends. I am unsure how much she is going to want to eat. We have decided to make Paprika Burgers these are something we should have made a couple of weeks ago and never did. I am hoping this is a meal which is as nice as it sounds.

Sunday- Mac and Cheese, this is something else which I found in a recipe book. I do no think I have ever had mac and cheese. I know I can hear so many of you screaming what I might have but I can not remember it to be honest. I found on which uses leeks which is great because I have a couple of them to use up.

Of course, like every meal plan, this is linked up with the amazing Katy. I get a lot of the inspiration from her and the linky which she runs. If you are struggling and consuming the same meals I would recommend checking it out. You may find a meal which you love.

Our Weekly Meal Plan 20th September

Today I am sharing with you the meals which we have been consuming this week.  The weather has been turning which has made me want a lot of hearty food. I am sure you will see this this reflected in my meal plan. We actually have no plans this weekend which is amazing because we have had a few busy weeks. Sometimes I need to remember that I am 24 weeks pregnant now. So now on to the meal plan.

Monday- Thai Red curry, this is something this week because we have half a can of coconut milk. Left from a meal last week. Thai Red curry is something which is so easy to make which is always a bonus and it does mean I am less likely to order from the takeaway which is always a bonus when we are trying to save money.

Tuesday- Sausage Ragu, this is a super simple meal. I have decided to do something pretty quick because of the fact that we have the consultant on Tuesday. I am unsure how long we are going to be there so we need something quick. This is an old hello fresh recipe which I have kept the card from.

Wednesday- Steak, Stilton and Ale Pie, Mash and mixed veg, this is a meal which I saw on Charlotte Taylor’s meal plan. This is something which I fancied to because it starting to getting chiller on a night now. I am always looking to try new meals and for sure this is something different for us. I am going to be serving this with mash.

Thursday- Shrimp pad thai, this is another meal which I have been fancying recently. I am unsure why I have been loving prawns so much. Since it is not chicken it is going to be a meal which I can cook which is a bonus. For sure this is one which I am looking forward too I love Thai food.

Friday- Paprika Burgers, this is a meal which I saw on one of the cards in Tesco. For sure I love a burger and this sounds like it could be ideal for me. This again is going to help me fight ordering a takeaway because this is not something which we want to be doing. They sound different and this is something which interests me of course, I will be sharing the recipe if I think it is worth it.

Saturday- Shepard’s Pie, this is something which I have not made for a long time. I fancy this because of the fact this reminds me of autumn and winter. This is such a comfort food and of course, I can pile it with a lot of veg to keep me getting the nutrients for the baby. I already have the candles out and am embracing the autumn feels. I am hoping this is a meal which Jess enjoys. However I am sure she will ask I think she has it at nursery already.

Sunday- Cheesy Chorizo Enchiladas, this is a meal which I have rolled over from last week. Enchiladas are something which we love however, it is not a meal which we make that often. So I thought that I would make my own because it saves us actually going or a meal out in order to consume enchiladas. Again I think this was a recipe from hello fresh originally. For sure this is a meal which I am looking forward to this week.

Of course, like every meal plan, this is linked up with the amazing Katy. I get a lot of the inspiration from her and the linky which she runs. If you are struggling and consuming the same meals I would recommend checking it out. You may find a meal which you love.

Our Weekly Meal Plan 13th September

Today I am going to be sharing our weekly meal plan again with you. This week is a little bit different because we do have Jess’ birthday this weekend. I can not believe that on Sunday I will actually have a 4 year old daughter. Where has the time gone. Again this week we have managed to do the shop for under £30 apart from BBQ food. I think we are going to be ordering that from Muscle Foods. So on to the meals which we have been consuming this week.

Monday- Quorn Mozzarella and Pesto Escalopes, Jacket Potatoes and Mixed Veg. These are something which we have been meaning to use up for a long time now. However, for one reason or another we have not got around to do it. I am sure we will manage to have that this week. I can not wait to have jacket potatoes I have not had them in a while.

Tuesday- Homemade Tomato Soup and Fresh Bread. The weather is starting to turn and it is a lot cooler. We have some tomatoes which need to be used up. So this is one of the reasons why I thought I would make some homemade tomato soup. I think I might purchase some fresh soft bread or part baked bread to go with this. Is there anything better than fresh bread.

Wednesday- Creamy Jalapeno Popper Chicken Thighs And Rice. This is a recipe which I found on pinterest and I thought it sounded different. I usually do not cook with chicken thighs so I thought this would make an change. I like spicy food and I have a feeling this could be. Of course, I will let you know how we get on with this meal. Because I also love trying new recipes.

Thursday- Saucy Satay Chicken Noodles, this is a meal which we had when we used to subscribe to Hello Fresh. I have still kept the recipe cards. Noodle meals as something which always go down a treat in this house. This is a super simple meal to make and does not take long at all. For sure this is going too be a meal which I will share the recipe for again in the future.

Friday- Cheesy Chorizo Enchiladas. Enchiladas are something which we love however, it is not a meal which we make that often. So I thought that I would make my own because it saves us actually going or a meal out in order to consume enchiladas. Again I think this was a recipe from hello fresh originally. For sure this is a meal which I am looking forward to this week.

Saturday- Chorizo and red pepper pasta bake. Again I am at work this Saturday which means that I need a meal which Joe and Jess can cook. Then I can heat it up when I get in from work. I think this is a recipe in the One Yummy Mummy cookbook. Chorizo is not something which I think I have had since I have been pregnant and this is something which I am actually missing. I think there is a chance this could be served with garlic bread.

Sunday- BBQ we are having family over for a bbq for Jess’ birthday. We are going to be getting the meat from Muscle Foods because of course, not a lot of places have BBQ food in the middle of September. It is going to be nice to have the whole family together. Hopefully the weather stays nice and we do not have to have it indoors and Jess has an amazing birthday.

Of course, like every meal plan, this is linked up with the amazing Katy. I get a lot of the inspiration from her and the linky which she runs. If you are struggling and consuming the same meals I would recommend checking it out. You may find a meal which you love.

Our Weekly Meal Plans 6th September

I can not believe that we have had another week gone by. Time seems to be flying at the moment I am unsure why this is. This could be because I am pregnant and time always seems to fly. We do have another scan this week because the baby would not allow all of the measurements last time we had a scan. Of course I am going to be sharing with you the meals which we have been consuming this week. It is the first time we have actually done in a shop in a couple of weeks. So we do have actual meals.

Monday – Prawn Stirfry, I think this is a meal which we should have had last week. We did not actually have it because we had been to the beach and we had food out with my parents.  We had all of the ingredient in to make a simple prawn stirfry. I did not want it to go to waste so we have added it to this week meal plan.

Tuesday- Veg Curry, we have our scan on Tuesday. It is actually at 3pm and we have not had a scan under an hour yet. So I have decided that we are going to have a veg curry which is in the freezer currently. So if we are later home it means that we only have to cook the rice. I think I may have had this on a previous meal plan and we did not get around to eating it as well.

Wednesday- Fish Tacos, we have a ton of fish actually in the freezer, we do have some taco shells as well in the cupboard. The fish tacos are meal which I saw in a recipe book hopefully it is amazing meal. Tacos are not something which we have had in the longest time. If this is a meal which we do enjoy I am sure I will be sharing this on here in the future.

Thursday- Prawn Tagliatelle, again another fish fish. I am struggling at the moment not been able to cook chicken or stand the smell. We have decided that we are going to have a prawn tagliatelle because we have not got another pasta dish this week. This is something we both really enjoy anyway and I am sure it will go down a treat. We may even treat ourselves to a flatbread to go with this.

Friday-Crispy Haddock and Homemade wedges. For some reason we did not manage to get around to this meal either. I have just realised that there is 4 fish dishes this week. I think this is going to be our fakeaway for this week. We are trying to save some money again with Jess’ birthday coming up this month. This is going to be a bit healthier than having normal fish and chips. This is a a meal which we found as a result of pinterest.

Saturday- Campfire Stew, this is a recipe which is from a pinch of nom. We have made this in the past and this is one which we loved so much. I have been waiting for the weather to get a bit cooler to be able to make this. We are actually going to Manchester for a day out with Jess. So it is going to be super handy that we can stick this in the slow cooker and it is ready when we are home.

Sunday- Chicken Fajitas, this is another quick meal because I am at work on Sunday. I think Jess and Joe ma also be coming to the races as well. Chicken fajitas are a meal which we love so much however, I am unable to coo them due to nausea. I am looking forward to having these for the first time in a while hopefully this is going to be agood as I remember.

Of course, like every meal plan, this is linked up with the amazing Katy. I get a lot of the inspiration from her and the linky which she runs. If you are struggling and consuming the same meals I would recommend checking it out. You may find a meal which you love.

Our Weekly Meal Plan 30th August

Today I am going to be sharing with you another weekly meal plan. This week again is a cheap week we are using things out of the freezer. The reason is we have not been shopping we wanted to get things used up and also save some money. We have spent a bit doing the nursery this month. So on to the meals which we have consumed this week.

Monday- Slow Cooker Chilli and Rice, this is a meal which we got from Katy. This is a great one because I am unsure what we are going to be doing as it is a bank holiday. I know this is a meal which Jess is going to happily consume. This is an easy to make meal and I do not have to do anything once it is in the slow cooker. I am looking forward to this meal.

Tuesday- Chicken Bacon and Leek, Jackets and Mixed Veg. This is a meal which we picked up a while ago reduce in Asda. This is a chicken and bacon meal which I love all you need to do is stick it in the oven. We still have some jacket potatoes. Of course, this is going to be served with our trusty mixed veg.

Wednesday- Vegetable Curry and Rice. Again this is a meal which I made a long time ago and have had in the freezer. Veg curry is not something which I would usually go for however, I am trying to eat a bit healthier and of course, this is going to be used up. We are going to have this with rice and maybe some nan bread depending. I am looking forward to seeing if Joe enjoys this meal.

Thursday- Ham and Mushroom Pasta Bake, this is a meal which we had not very long ago. I will be sharing the recipe very soon as it is one which we loved. We managed to make way to much so we decided that we were going to use the leftovers for tonight’s meal. I am unsure we may even splash the boat out and have garlic bread as well.

Friday- Feta and Courgette Burgers, Chips and Spaghetti. These burgers again have been in the freezer way too long. I thought that now seemed a good time to get them out and enjoy them. Again this is a meal which cooked when Joe was away. I am always interested to see how he finds some of the meals. We are going to serve this with homemade chips and spaghetti hoops. I am loving them recently.

Sat- Prawn Stirfry, it seems like a lifetime ago since we last had a stirfry. Recently this is something which I have been fancying. We actually have some prawns in the freezer so I have decided to use the prawns and make a stirfry. Chicken is what we would usually have however, I am still struggling to cook chicken while pregnant.

Sun- Crispy Haddock and Homemade wedges,  we have a ton of haddock in the freezer as well which we must have purchased reduced. We have decided that we are going to use some of this. I did manage to find a recipe which is going to make the crispy haddock. I am loving trying some new recipes and I am sure this is going to be a meal which Jess will actually enjoy. Of course, it is a healthier alternative to the fish and chips from the takeaway which is another thing which I have been fancying a lot recently.  I am sure this meal is to be as good and of course, a fraction of the price.

Of course, like every meal plan, this is linked up with the amazing Katy. I get a lot of the inspiration from her and the linky which she runs. If you are struggling and consuming the same meals I would recommend checking it out. You may find a meal which you love.

Our Weekly Meal Plan 23rd August

Another week has flown by and it is once again time to do our weekly meal plan. This week is all things which we have in the freezer. We are not trying to spend a lot of money because we have been shelling out a fair bit for the nursery. This is nearly done and we are only half way through the pregnancy amazing. So on to the meals which we have been consuming this week.

Monday- Sausage Casserole and Mash. We had some left over sausages from last week. I thought I would use them up and make a casserole. We have a lot of veg which we could throw in with it that also needs using so it can be almost a sausage and veg casserole.

Tuesday- Out. We are having tea with my parents because we are over there. Jess and I have the dentist and we are also going to collect the cot for the nursery. Which is at their house so they have said that they are going to treat us for tea. I have a feeling this could be a takeaway.

Wednesday- Slow Cooker Hunter Chicken. This is another recipe which we are making because we have some bacon left. This is actually a recipe from Katy. It is so simple to make and one which Joe and I love. I think this is going to be served with some wedges as we have a ton of potatoes left. For sure I can not wait for this meal.

Thursday- Quorn Mozzarella and Pesto Escalopes,Jacket Potatoes and Mixed Veg.  These escalopes are something which we purchased reduced in Asda a while back. I want them out of the freezer in order to be able to fill it up ready for Jess’ party. Again we are going to use some of the jacket potatoes up and it is going to be served with our trusty mixed veg.

Friday- Cheese Burger Pasta. This is a meal which I actually found on pinterest. I thought that it sounded something different. We already have the mince in which saves us the money. Hopefully this will fight off any urge t have a takeaway this Friday Night.  I think I might have left overs so Jess can always have some for lunch Saturday.

Saturday- Pesto Chicken and Rice, this is another meal which we have in the freezer. I made this a long time ago and to be honest this needs to get out our freezer. Pesto is something which I love and this to me is a super summery meal and it is meant to be a very warm week. I think we are going to be having this with rice because this is simple for when I am at work.

Sunday-  Lasagna, this is a meal which we love however, we have not had one in a while. I think this is a super simple meal it may change because it is going to be too warm. For sure this is a meal which Jess is going to eat which is always a bonus. This is one which I am looking forward to. We are going to use some mince which we already have in the freezer.

Of course, like every meal plan, this is linked up with the amazing Katy. I get a lot of the inspiration from her and the linky which she runs. If you are struggling and consuming the same meals I would recommend checking it out. You may find a meal which you love.

Our Weekly Meal Plan 16th August 2019

Today I am back sharing with you another weekly meal plan. The weeks seem to be flying by and it sees like I am constantly writing these are the moment. Again this week we have gone with an easy sort of week when it comes to meals. The reason behind this is we are trying to get the nursery done for the new arrival. If you do not know what I am on about check out the post here.  So on to the meals which we have been consuming this week.

Monday- Creamy Bacon and Sausage Carbonara. This is a meal which we have not had in a long time I think it was February. I actually fancied this for a change which is rare as nausea has put me off a lot of food recently. The weather this week is also mean to be a little bit cooler. I am thinking this is going to be served with a garlic bread.

Tuesday- Pizza, we actually purchased a pizza from Asda to have to tonight. We going to be busy all day today with bits for the baby and a car seat fitting. So we wanted to get something which was going to be quick and take not a lot of effort. I love the pizza from Asda pizza bar.

Wednesday-  Chicken Katsu Curry, this is another of my favourites. We have one more of the kits to use up and it is taking up space in the cupboard. I have decided that we are going to make it so we can get rid of it. It also saves me money by not going to waggamamas when we are out on Tuesday. For sure this is a meal which I am looking forward to.

Thursday- Cod with Parsley sauce, new potatoes and mixed veg. This is a meal which I used to have sometimes when I still lived at home. It is something which I have not had in the longest time. I want to make sue that I am still eating fish in my diet and thought this would be a good way to get some veg in as well.

Friday- Diet Cola Chicken And Rice, this is a meal which I got out of the pinch of nom book. It is actually like a fakeaway it sounds like something which you may get from the Chinese I am thinking like stickey chicken. We are thinking about taking Jess to Manchester on Friday so it is likely this is going to be a meal which she joins us for as well.

Saturday- Gammon, Egg and Chips. This is not something we would normally have on a Saturday however, Jess will have been fed at a party. I am also at work which means that Joe will want an easy meal to have to prepare. This is also one of his favourites. This is something so simple yet very effective.

Sunday-  Spaghetti Bolognise, this is a classic in this house. We know that there will be clean plates all around when this is served. I feel like it is something which we have not had in a while however, this could just be me. Of course, this is a meal which Joe is going to cook. It is one of his signature dishes. This may end up been served with garlic bread as well.

Of course, like every meal plan, this is linked up with the amazing Katy. I get a lot of the inspiration from her and the linky which she runs. If you are struggling and consuming the same meals I would recommend checking it out. You may find a meal which you love.
